To register and maintain an Account on 77jj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through proxies — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 77jj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must immediately notify 77jj support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
77jj will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has disclosed login details to a third party.
77jj operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its AML obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, upon first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a defined threshold, or at any time the operator deems necessary for compliance purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 77jj does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by the User in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant event.
77jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to AML verification requirements being satisfied.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77jj is incorporated and holds its operating licence. Specific licence jurisdiction details are available upon request through the support channel.
